Elementary Spanish (K-6)

Course Description:

Welcome to Elementary Spanish at Gracious Me Academy, where students in grades K-6 begin their exciting journey into the Spanish language and culture. Our Spanish program is designed to introduce young learners to basic language skills and cultural understanding through interactive and engaging activities.

In our Elementary Spanish course, students will:

• Learn Basic Vocabulary and Phrases: Acquire essential Spanish words and phrases for everyday use, including greetings, numbers, colors, and simple sentences.
• Develop Speaking and Listening Skills: Practice pronunciation and comprehension through interactive exercises, songs, and conversations with peers.
• Explore Spanish-Speaking Cultures: Discover various traditions, customs, and celebrations from Spanish-speaking countries to gain a broader understanding of the world.
• Engage in Fun Activities: Participate in games, stories, and crafts that make learning Spanish enjoyable and memorable.

By the end of the course, students at Gracious Me Academy will have developed a basic proficiency in Spanish, gained confidence in using the language, and fostered an appreciation for Hispanic cultures.
